The staff where lovely, breakfast was great and location was handy. I really enjoyed having an electronic key card, multi-channel TV and a seating area. The facilities were excellent and easy to use. Location in the heart of the city was a plus. Variety of restaurants to eat close by, like Aria that was only 5 minutes' walk away.

staff was loyal every day. the nearby restaurant, wrap n roll, was as close as 100 metres from the hotel. well placed venue, would book again. if you plan to visit the mackintosh house, don't pass this hotel up.
